What to Get in Touch About
- Wrong prices. If a station consistently shows a price that does not match the bowser, send the station name, suburb, the displayed price on our site, and what was actually on the board. We will check the source feed and flag it.
- Missing stations. If a real station is missing from the suburb listing, let us know. We pull from the NSW FuelCheck dataset so the station has to be registered there, but we can chase it.
- Suggestions. Calculator features, new fuel types, ranking pages you want, anything else.
- Press and partnerships. Same email, mention press or partnership in the subject.
- Privacy questions. Email with "Privacy" in the subject and we will respond.
What We Cannot Do
We cannot give you a refund for fuel you bought, change a station's price, or contact a station on your behalf. If there is a pricing dispute at the bowser, that is between you, the station, and your state's fair trading body. For NSW the relevant body is NSW Fair Trading.
We also cannot speed up the rollout of states we have not yet built (VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT). Those depend on us wiring up each state's official data feed. If you have a contact at one of those state government APIs and want to help, we would love to hear from you.
