Summary

Fuel Prices Australia is a free reference site that shows fuel prices sourced from official Australian government APIs. We do our best to keep the data accurate but the prices you see here are not guaranteed. Always check the price board at the bowser before you fill up.

Use of This Site

You can use this site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can link to any page and share screenshots. You can quote our editorial content with attribution and a link back.

You may not scrape the site at high volume, attempt to replicate the dataset, or rebuild a competing service from our data. The underlying fuel price data is owned by the relevant state government and the API terms of those services apply. If you want bulk data, go to the source: NSW FuelCheck API.

Accuracy of Prices

Fuel prices on this site come from the NSW FuelCheck API, which stations themselves update. The system has known limitations:

• Stations may take hours or days to report price changes
• Some stations report less consistently than others
• Discounts (loyalty cards, app vouchers, fleet rates) are not reflected
• The site refreshes twice daily, so prices may be a few hours behind even when the station has reported

If the price at the bowser is higher than what we show, that is not a fault of this site and we have no way to enforce a price. Always check the displayed price before pumping. For pricing complaints, contact the station directly or your state fair trading body.

Editorial Content

Guides, EV calculator outputs, and comparison content are written for general information. They are not financial, legal, or vehicle advice. The EV savings calculator uses sensible defaults but everyone's driving and electricity costs differ. Use it as a starting point, not the final word.

• A price you saw here being different at the bowser
• A station listed as open being closed when you arrive
• A station listed as having a fuel type that turns out to be sold out
• Any decision you make based on the EV calculator or comparison content

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
